As each piece is made to order, generally allow 3 to 7 working days depending on complexity, excluding delivery. For bulk orders (events, businesses), please contact us for a precise lead time.
Custom items being made to order cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will remake the item or provide a full refund.
